- Coaching content: programs, check-ins, journal entries, wins, call notes, resources you upload.
- Client data: information you add about your clients (name, email, progress).
- Support communications: messages you send us.
- Usage & device data: log data, IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps.
- Cookies: essential cookies for authentication and session management.
2. How We Use Personal Data
- To create and operate your account and provide the Service (legal basis: contract).
- To process payments and manage subscriptions via our payment provider (legal basis: contract).
- To provide customer support (legal basis: contract / legitimate interests).
- To improve the Service, monitor performance, and prevent fraud or abuse (legal basis: legitimate interests).
- To send transactional emails (legal basis: contract) and, with consent, occasional product updates.

- Stripe — our payment processor, who processes payments, manages subscriptions, calculates tax where applicable, and issues invoices on our behalf.
- Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and AI providers that help us operate the Service.
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and compliance advisers where necessary.
- Authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
